I guess there is not much to say except that it looks like my store building will be added to the demolish list. Such is life. I'll get out today and take some pictures, maybe sew, and come back tomorrow with an uplifting blog post. I promise.

I am so sorry that long after the waters have receded, they still cause such pain and loss. I know your building was much more than just four walls to you. I, and so many others, will always have fond memories of a wonderland of fabrics and sewing delight.
I appreciate your kind words. It is a very personal place to me even though I never intended to put in a retail business there again. I don't think I'm quite ready to give up yet and will have more to say in the next post.
